Hello family!
We had an amazing last week of the transfer
here in Garín. It was super rainy the whole week but we got super lucky because
it only rained during the night, so we just had to deal with the mud because
most of the streets are dirt roads around here.
Anyways, so we didn´t have anything going on for Sunday, a few
possibilities coming in for church but nothing solid and then a 12 year old
girl who came to church before came and she is getting baptized this Sunday!
woohoo! We´re excited. We´ll be teaching her all this week and it helps that
most of her extended family are really strong recent converts and she basically
already knows all the stuff.
So today
was transfers but my companion, Elder LeBaron, and I weren´t changed so he will
finish here in Garín, which means I will have killed 2 missionaries here, and I
will be staying here for two more transfers!! Super excited, so in total I
should be here for 6 months. Elder LeBaron and I were also extremely happy we
get to stay together because we get along really well and work well too.
So, hope
you guys are enjoying the cold! Props to Casey for the testimony, you
rock.
Love,
Elder
Wardle
