Muddy Streets!

Hey everybody,

So super awesome, random week. Turns out when lots of rain and wind comes, our roof of sheet metal, called chapa, lifts up and then slams back down making sleep impossible. Another effect, streetsmade out of dirt become super muddy, so we enjoy walking through them and apologizing to members and non-members alike as we walk into their clean houses with muddy shoes.

Besides that, some pretty amazing things happened. We helped a less active guy build an add on room to his house. Well, more like we mixed cement on the ground for him while he built it because our brick laying skills aren´t super great. Then we went to church and the water wasn´t working so our Bishop volunteered his swimming pool for a baptism so we had cool caravan to his house in which my companion and I rode in the back of truck. A guy went to church for his first time, went to the baptism at the Bishop´s house, and accepted a baptismal date for March 2.

Plus the zone is seriously kicking butt this month of February. Our goal for the month was 12 baptisms/12 confirmations and with one weekend left we are at 11/8 right now with 7 set baptisms this Sunday!! So blessed to be a part of the work right now. Open your mouth people, because there are people waiting for the truth, not coming to the truth for they know not where to find it.

Love
